Episode 9 Runtime. The creators have definitely earned everyone’s trust with how great this season has been but I am selfishly disappointed that the last episode is only 43 minutes. If they only need 43 minutes to tell the story then so be it but I hate that there is only 43 minutes between us and the long break between seasons.
The Last of Us games, especially 2, has some mountainous cognitive dissonance issues that wont fly in a more matured storytelling medium like TV or film. The story in the games are supposed to challenge you on the value of human life but the linear actions you're forced to do are in disagreement with what the story is saying.
